Important Reminder:

Requirements For Having a Party At The Old Firehouse
Cost
Please Note: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All parties require a separate $100 deposit due the day of the party. The OFTC accepts cash or check.
Reservations
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, as space is available and within designated times.
Please make reservations at least two weeks in advance. Parties may be reserved up to six months in advance. Old Firehouse programs have priority over member parties, so the facility sometimes may not be available for parties.
Reservations must be made at the facility. Staff will not book over the phone/e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: Parties at the OFTC are considered strictly facility rentals, meaning the OFTC staff member will open and close the facility and provide trash bags, brooms, mops, etc… for clean up. However, the staff member cannot be considered a chaperone and does not take responsibility for monitoring guests.

General Information:
Pick-Up Policy
Parents must come into the building to pick up their children from any OFTC program, except for the drop-in hours program. A parent who is more than five minutes late picking up his or her child will be charged $1 per minute, per child, if the parent is late without prior notification.
Snow Days (Inclement Weather)
The Old Firehouse Teen Center follows the Fairfax County Government in these situations. For example: if Fairfax County schools are closed, but Fairfax County Government is open, the Firehouse will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (our regular work day). If the Fairfax County Government is on a two-hour delay, then the Firehouse will be open from Noon to 6 p.m.
If Fairfax County Public Schools close early, there will be NO AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM. If the Fairfax County Government decides to close early while the kids are at the Firehouse, we will call parents and ask them to pick their children up as soon as possible.
