Parents, Register Your Children Now For Our Fall Program!
The After School Program operates Monday through Friday, from 2:30 to 6 p.m.
Registration begins now at the Old Firehouse Teen Center (OFTC). The OFTC program includes transportation from Cooper and Longfellow middle schools, snacks, homework help, and supervised activities. Activities may include games, craft projects, cooking projects, movies, and more. You will be provided with a monthly activity calendar which will be posted here or provide us your E-mail address we will send you a monthly activities calendar.
After School Program Cost
Daily Fee: $10/$8 McLean district residents
Weekly Fee: $45/$35 McLean district residents
Monthly Fee: $160/ $140 McLean district residents

When you registration monthly you payment includes: one weekly field trip; twice monthly community service opportunities; homework and study assistance; daily snacks and drink; transportation for all events; transportation to OFTC from school from Longfellow and Cooper; craft projects; games; cooking projects; use of the computer room; and more…

Community Service Tuesdays
Do you need to earn community service hours? OFTC can help you earn these hours. OFTC provides supervised community service opportunities for middle school students. OFTC provides transportation from Cooper and Longfellow Middle Schools to teens who sign up in advance for community service activities. Teens must be OFTC members, but participation is free. Teens will volunteer at senior centers in the McLean area, socializing with seniors and assisting with games and crafts. OFTC will provide transportation to and from the community service location. Please register at the McLean Community Center or at the OFTC.
