Introduction to Flamenco
No dance experience is necessary for you to enjoy this introduction to flamenco dancing. Class will cover: castanets, footwork (zapateado), arms (braceo), palmas (claps), Sevillanas (four short dances) and a Rumba (dance). A long, full skirt, t-shirt and shoes with a low, strong heel and a strap across the instep are all that is required for class. Castanets will be available for purchase for $25.
